Eligibility: Our services are available to individuals 18 years or older. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Health Conditions: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before receiving services. We are not responsible for adverse reactions if health information is not disclosed.

Right to Refuse Service: Luvia Massage reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, behaves inappropriately, or fails to follow our policies.
Appointments and Cancellations
1. Booking Policy:
• Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, text, or in person.
• Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
• At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Late Arrivals:
• If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion.
• No-shows will be charged a deposit for future appoinrments.
Payment and Refund Policy
1. Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment options. All card transactions are subject to a 3% surcharge.
2. Refunds:
• Payments for completed services are non-refundable.
• Prepaid packages or gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred.
• If you are dissatisfied with the service, please inform the front desk before leaving so we can address the issue.
3. Gratuity: Tips are not included in service pricing and are at the client’s discretion.
Conduct and Spa Etiquette
1. Hygiene: Clients are expected to maintain proper hygiene before receiving services.
2. Behavior:
• Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.
• We maintain a strictly professional environment.
3. Personal Belongings:
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
• Please secure valuables before your appointment.
Liability Disclaimer
1. Assumption of Risk: Clients acknowledge that massage therapy involves physical touch and manipulation of muscles. While our therapists are trained professionals, results may vary.
2. Limitation of Liability:
• Luvia Massage is not liable for any pre-existing injuries or conditions aggravated by massage therapy.
• If you experience discomfort during a session, inform your therapist immediately.
3. Medical Disclaimer:
• Our services do not replace medical treatment. We do not diagnose or prescribe medical care.
Gift Cards
1. Gift Cards:
• Non-refundable and must be used within the expiration date.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash.
Privacy Policy
1. Confidentiality: All client records and personal information are kept strictly confidential.
2. Use of Information:
• We collect basic personal details for appointment scheduling and service improvements.
• We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.
